Using your gold Ultimate Metallic Ink Pad, stamp Happy Birthday approx 1cm from the bottom of your cream card. Cover with Mirror Gold embossing powder and shake off the excess. 'Melt' the embossing powder using a heat gun. Leave the card to flatten.
Cut out one of the full oblong bear images and use this as your base. Using a permanent glue roller stick this in the centre of your card above the Happy Birthday stamp.
Using the next image, cut out the beer glass and the bear. Mount this onto your base image using foam pads.
Using the next image, cut out the bear only. Mount this onto the previous image using foam pads.
Using the next image, cut out the heart on the book and the heart on the sleeve and mount these onto the previous images using foam pads.
Test the Write ‘n’ Rub Foiling Pen to make sure the glue is running freely.
Using the back of a ruler, draw a line of glue along the edges of the decoupage image. Keep your hand steady and move the pen at a constant speed – this will keep the line of glue neat.
Leave to dry. This is indicated by the glue colour changing from blue to clear.
Place the Tonertex gold foil on top of the clear glue (gold side up) and rub firmly over it with your finger so the decoupage image gets a gold edge.
Glue in one of our inserts. Well done - another card completed!!
