Made from metal these Scrap Magic Templates are a very innovative idea to create a layered background design in organised sections using all the left over bits and pieces of scrap card and paper that every crafter hoards and never quite get round to using. Once the sections have been created and arranged onto the card blank they can then be decorated with all sorts of odds and ends such as charms, buttons, peel offs, decoupage, mini decoupage, ribbons, etc etc. Rubber stamping can also be incorporated onto the top layers of each section. On the templates there are additional elements within the sections that can be used in the card making design if so desired. There are paper pricking/stitching, paper weaving and cut and folding (like lace/incire). These additional elements can be interchanged with all the templates in the range. Once the basic layout of a template has been mastered the sections can also be combined to create even larger sections thus giving even more combinations to the amount of background designs that can be created from just one template along with embellishments, tags and pockets for attaching to cards and scrapbook projects. |
